From lifting the FA Cup as captain to leading football development programmes and creating opportunities through sport, my journey has always been driven by one purpose — using football as a platform to inspire, develop and create positive change.
Football has given me incredible experiences, but my greatest passion is using those experiences to support the next generation. I believe the game is more than what happens on the pitch; it is a tool to develop character, build confidence, create pathways and transform lives.
As a former Premier League footballer, captain, Technical Director and football leader, I bring experience from the highest levels of the game into my work across player development, coaching, leadership, education and community impact.
